مكتبة الولاية

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026 · Applies to the “مكتبة الولاية / Maktabat al-Wilayah” app (com.wilayah.library) and its website.

This app is published by Team Wilayat TV. We respect your privacy. The app requires no account and does not collect your name, e-mail, phone number, location or contacts. It contains no ads, trackers or analytics.

Stored only on your device

• Bookmarks, reading history and position, recent searches, settings (language, theme, font size) and a temporary cache of pages and translations for speed.
• This data stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is removed when you clear the app’s data or uninstall it.

Third-party services the app connects to

To provide its content the app connects directly (over encrypted HTTPS) to the following services and sends only what is needed for your request:

• Digital library servers (ar.lib.eshia.ir, lib.efatwa.ir) — to load book pages and run the search terms you type.
• Google Gemini and Google Translate — when you ask for a translation, only the book text to be translated is sent.
• Almaany dictionary (almaany.com) — when you look up a word, only that word is sent.
• Streaming service (castr.com) — to play the Wilayat TV live broadcast.

Like any internet connection, these services can see your device’s IP address and are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not share or sell any data.

Permissions

• Internet and network state — to load content.
• Vibrate — haptic feedback on taps.
• Storage (Android 9 and older only) — to save PDF files to Downloads.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
